I get this message on loading a desktop shortcut. I've got three shortcuts and all give the same error:

Already checked the locations in the xml files, I've added the three xml files for sonic robo blast, dcplaya and dukenukem3d to this post. the xml filenames have been changed from app.xml to gamename.xml to put them in the same ZIP file.

The SDiso's came from THEISOZONE, one of the best sites ever

How can I resolve this?

If I get this working I am going to make more xml's (but first need to understand the process)

help would be appreciated,

This error shows because luaDS module not loaded. But this not only one reason. You need to create new xml:

If you like use only SD card (no need to get work path), you can remove Lua strings and file fully, example (but in you case isoldr command):

Dreamshell is in my opinion one of the best pieces of software for the Dreamcast (in conjunction with a SD card) Too bad SEGA didn´t make the serial port faster...

Thanks for the help, i've the Desktop icons working now. Cool now I am going to try to put the SNES emulator on there as well.

I am using Dreamshell RC1 from SD.

No I don't need both versions.

I just am curious about the workings of this, for understanding.

I made 2 shortcuts myself for DoomDC and Snes4All and they worked as well.

Now I am going to explore the Dreamshell command line... Next project
