HI,
how to i can make my dreamcast wark from HDD IDE, what i should do ?
just linking the pins with HDD ? like below picture ?



I have modded bios and SD card
and what HDD type ? i have western digital HDD and maxtor 44 PIN 80GB and 160GB

Yes. And connect HDD to external power source.

Any IDE HDD or CF Card.

you have to set your HDD to slave mode.

Ok, so what about 3.3V and 12V ? link to external power ? or leave them ?
and what about CD CLK, EMPH, BCK, LRCK & SDAT ?

CD CLK need to be connected to 33.868 Mhz clock. If you have working GD-ROM on G1 port (or just working GD-ROM motherboard), just disregard it.
Other pins is unused, just leave them.

i have complete the linking hdd with DC wiring but its not work
i use DreamShell 4.0.0 RC 1

Heh, G1-IDE support have only in DreamShell 4.0.0 RC 2 which has not yet released.
You can only test it for now, download test program here.

you mean this file hdtest.bin ? where i put it ? in SD or in HDD ?

Put it on SD card and use Dreamshell's File Manager to boot it.

Well the HDD be able to handle CDDA on games due to its faster transfer speed?

CDDA it's a different problem, it is not issue of the transfer speed.
For play CDDA tracks, need very low speed - 150 KB/s, with this can handle and SD card.
CDDA this is hardware issue. If I'll find the software solution for this problem, I'll do it for all devices. But this is happen not in RC2 exactly.

I install DreamShell 4.0.0 RC 2 and no luck with hdd work

Did you try to boot FULL RC2 direct from CD (without files on SD adapter)?
If you use boot loader and SD card remember to put whole "DS" folder on SD root not only files and use the latest boot loader.

my CD drive broken
i put files from (DreamShell_4.0.0_RC2_and_Boot_Loader) to SD root
SD root\ DS folder
and not see HDD active just SD & CD

I'm install last Boot loader i got this massage when i turn on the console and black screen
