What criteria is used to organize iso list on isoloader? I noted that aparently is used the modification/creation date of the files/folders, so the last copied file/folder is the last on the list.

There is a way to control this on isoloader, or a way to modify the files/folders properties on Windows, so we can organize the list in some way?

Yes, by date. ISO Loader not have file organization feature for now.
