I'm trying to perform the G1-ATA mod on my Dreamcast and I can't find any information on the main board.

The Dreamcast is from late 2000. There are only 3 boards. Main board, power board, controller board. No GD-ROM board, no big 50 pin connector. The GD-ROM drive connects to the main board directly. Spindle motor drive, laser, servo all connect to main board with separate cables.

All the schematics I can find are for the V1 board. Does anyone have any info on the V2 board?

No schematics for your board
You need find all pins manually, It's more easy to do if you have VA1 board for comparison.

I'm afraid VA2.1 haven't G1 bus connector at all, so the best you can do - trace G1 leads from HOLLY chip and solder wires directly to PCB.

btw, what is BIOS label on yours 2.1 board ? its not clearly seen on photos, IC501 MPR-something unreadable.
