would like to try to put a hdd or cf card inside the dreamcast,but how will i get then acess to it...i mean how can i put games on it? is ist possible to copy from a sd card reader a game to hdd? are there any other possibilities?

by the way: which format i have to use to get games properly runing from sd card (only sdiso?)? what is .cso?

Copying images from SD takes a lot of time. In best case you need make this mod with ability to detach your device from DC.
Use any supported format: ISO/GDI/CDI/CSO, but I recommended use clean ISO or optimized GDI images. CSO it's a compressed ISO.
All utils for optimizing or compressing you can find in ISO Make Pack.

how would i perform this? "enter" console in dreamshell and than there will be a comand like : "copy /sd/... /ide/..." ?!
