I already asked my TV Led by LG gave me 720 x 483 VGA resolution, but only with Homebrews, Dreamcast games native -booting with black screen:

There is something you can do about it?
On the other hand I know there Homebrews operating at 720p , and I remember a version of OpenBOR that allowed me to work in several resolutions although slow since I never optimized in Dreamcast.
As far as I understand this is a hack of some SDK lib settings and to the resolution has nothing to do, it's just anamorphic "compression" of picture as some games it's have by native in video settings, eg. V-Rally.
I think it is a bit of a problem to modify the resolution.

К сожалению там оффсеты разные и немного разный код который это делает, универсальный патчер сделать сложно. Но я нашел одну зацепку и стараюсь ее развить. Если получится, то добавлю в загрузчик эту функцию. А то коды как то не очень удобно все же.

It would also be good to add the date and time of the internal clock of the Dreamcast. XP

This hacks basically have nothing to do with the DS.
In DS you can use any screen ratio, position etc without any hacks
Also DS uses 1024x512 texture for screen, so this size can be used fully, since the time of RC1! But must of UI maked for 640x480 for versatility.

can anyone help me with the widescreen hacks?
I'm looking at them and they all seem to be codebreaker codes but the memory patch doesnt accept these.
Everytime i try to edit it changes it back to the default when i've finished typing
Specifically looking at shenmue II

You can find some iso of shenmue II with widescreen hacks and no black bands during kinematics.
The game is patched with 1ST_READ.BIN directly not with codebreaker.

Ooh do you have a link? I could only find cdi but they didn't run well with dreamshell. Lots of pop in.

Just tried esppirals shenmue and it locks up during the intro.
Will mess about with settings and see if I can get it working.

Shenmue 1. Your Shenmue 2 works perfectly. Just finished disk 2.
On espiralls shenmue 1 the game locks up in the intro cutscenes just before Ryo walks through the gate and about half a second of audio just repeats. I'm using 0.6.6 beta for this.
it's ok with others version ? like Xiaopang one ?
