Yep I know this method (you can extract with ultraiso too more easy) but doesn't work..the game doesn't boot..
So when you convert in ISO and doesn't boot an other solution ^^ ?
it's homebrew, you use swap bios trick?
I boot the game directly by SD so normally don't use swap bios trick..no?
if you use boot_loader_****.bios then need swap bios trick for boot homebrew

I tested other homebrew (directly in iso > sdiso),and works directly..

1) i'm download

2) open Pi-Throttle.bin in UltraISO and extract to data folder of isomake
3) find E4745FA0 and replace to EC745FA0 in 1ST_READ.BIN, BinLoad.bin and SCUMMVM.BIN
4) unscramble 1ST_READ.BIN
5) make ISO
6) run from 8c000100 without DMA as homebrew
it's good work for me
i'm use boot_loader_devkit_nogdrom.bios and by step 3 game boot without swap bios trick

@megavolt : You change the lba start for boot the game ? Like the binhack tool do ?
no is not LBA
A05F74E4 - register for reactivation holly (write only)
A05F74EC - status register of reactivation (read only)
Works perfectly with SSD ( true DMA + 000100) !
Perfect it's homebrew works in IDE MODE !
I tested in SD MODE but lag.
