hey guys i have a modded dreamcast i did myself with lots of mods including an internal hdd with gdrom still present, i also have a broadband adapter and i was wondering if instead of having to keep taking my dreamcast apart in order to update the hdd content or back stuff up is there a way using a burnt disc or ideally dreamshell along with my bba to ftp into my dreamcast from my pc to manage the internal hdd and sd thanks.

I'll second this. It would be a fantastic feature. I realize people that own both an IDE-modded Dreamcast and a BBA are probably rare but there are at least two of us. lol

This programm doesn't help you manage SD/HDD, it's not support it in general.

I have problems with network stack in DS (exactly in KallistiOS, what is based on) with BBA along ago.
I do not know what is the cause and the author (Lawrence Sebald aka ljsebald aka BlueCrab) of this network code denies the problem.

Try to initialize network system from dropdown console or script, maybe you will have luck:
If you have success I will say what you need to do to use filesystem over network.
