Can I power an HDD IDE 3.5 "with the console source? These are the disk consumption values: Seagate Barracuda 80GB (5V - 0.46A / 12V 0.58A). Thanks in advance.

For me you can't with a ide hdd ans the original power supply.

It's not recommended, original power supply will be overheating.
