Hello,
I have a Dreamcast that I sent to Jan in Austria a few years ago for the IDE -> CF mod. It worked great. I moved, modded a gamecube, and my kids haven't played the dreamcast in a while. I now plug it in, and the LED indicator on the front flashes a few times and then goes out. Is this a symptom of a bad PSU? Is there a way for me to test?
