I found this article what does the first item at the top right mean?

I would like to understand, but if I buy a 128gb cf card that's okay? or it must be greater than 128 type 256gb, which seems to me to be the closest capacity.
In that case I give up everything, the speech is not worth the expense

yes, this card is declared to support LBA48

device larger than 128GB 100% supports LBA48, this is a technical limitation
CF cards and HDD 128GB or less are not required to support LBA48, the manufacturer reserves the right to add an extended set of commands or not
for example, the Seagate baracuda HDD supports LBA48 even for 80GB drives
