Hello

I'm new to this so very sorry.

I have a pal console with a GD-IDE installed and using a SATA converter with a 512gb HDD

I used both Dreamshell and Retrodream and following the DreamShell IDE Compatibility List as well as the Dreamshell / RetroDream - Compatibilities with "Dreamcast PAL" By DragonCity.

I have the Sega Dreamcast - Games - US (TOSEC-v2022-06-23) and lots of games don't work or crash.

Would it be better and more compatible to use a PAL set of games instead of the U.S set with a PAL system?

I know this is a stupid question

Most of US games should work on PAL console.
You should optimize images if it in .bin format.
