Compatibility Dreamcast Japan Problem - swordeye - 13.03.2013 18:34

HELP! I have properly burned a dreamshell rc1 but doesn't work with my dreamcast NTSC-J console! Also, I have problems with the sd mod to serial pinout, where should i solder the ground in the dreamcast? Your help would be of great help!

1. Any ground on the motherboard.
2. It makes no sense. If RC1 does not work, then you will only replace by a jumper the resistor RA601 from the motherboard for fixing this. Or connect direct to test points before resistor http://yam.20to4.net/dreamcast/va1.html

hello swat! in some Japanese dreamcast not boot dreamshell, why can this be?


not read the disc, the dreamshell cd copy, read only original CDs, not read copys

only BIOS mod. Bios need flash on programmator or another console

Your DC with disabled Mil-cd in BIOS? What a revision of motherboard?
