in my memory, dreamcast's bios chip capacity is 2MiB
but when dreamshell folder un7z it's capacity are 44.9MiB larger than 2MiB
in that moment, how to install dreamshell to bios chip if possible?

2.what is SATA adapter Selection criteria?
i know dreamshell support SATA HDD but need adapter
now i want connect 2.5inch SATA HDD and place into dreamcast case
i want to know the power pin socket is necessary?
Which product is what I want? adapter1 or adapter2?

1. You can write bootloader to BIOS chip, it's can load full DS from any device. Completed firmwares you can find in DS (use BIOS flasher app).
2. Don't know, need try. Just by photo, second adapter is better.

thanks for reply
complete firmware include GUI and support keyboard?
what's different complete firmware and DS folder's main program?

For BIOS Flasher app doesn't need keyboard.
The "complete formware" it's a original BIOS with Bootloader inside instead of original menu. The difference in size, bootloader is simple program with minimal resources, so it's can placed in BIOS chip. For full DS need much more space, the BIOS chip is small for it.
