Has anyone managed to get a copy of Pier Solar working on Dreamshell 4?

I tried the CDI version and didn't work, ISO Loader reported an error while mounting the image.
Then I tried convert the CDI to SDISO but I was not able to extract the image contents, I tried all sort of programs (ISO Buster, UltraISO, GD-ROM Explorer etc) I also have tried to get the contents from a burnt disc, using PC and DC with GD Ripper app.
This game has an uncommon structure, I think it has a kind of protection system, it has a very big DAT file on track 18 (maybe a dummy file?) which I wasn't able to extracted it:

Ghost Blade game has the same weird scheme.
Anyone able to hack this protection?

As far as I know the Pier Solar has some protections, one from them it's a BIOS checking (btw retail Bleemcast also does), so this game can boot only with retail BIOS. Seems another protection it's a strange track on GD disc, and maybe it have something else...
So I think you will not soon can play it
