This feature I added in RC4 6 months ago, but I had no time to add an UI in ISO Loader app:

Very well done megavolt85! I really appreciate the widescreen option and specially the ability of creating a desktop icon, very useful. Thanks for that!
Just one thing, the presets still fail to save to the HDD.
I have a question for you and SWAT, maybe a request: It would be possible to add an ability on ISO Loader to boot a disc from the GD-ROM drive, preferably with the region free bios advantages? If possible, such convenience would be really great, because wouldn't necessary to switch to the stock bios to load a disc.

on video in this post you don't save preset.
For save preset need check "Save as preset" and click "save icon" on top bar.
