Hello again, I've recently encountered another problem - I've reformatted the CF card I'm using with Dreamshell and now ISOLoader refuses to boot any of my Homebrew titles (the ones that use the SWAT productions loader apparently)
I did not have any of these problems with that particular card before I reformatted everything - what I did was I created a new MBR partition table and now only the retail games will load.
I can only guess that the problem is the new partition table - I've tried several different flash card formatting utilities but none will solve the problem - everything works fine from SD card tho - it's really weird.
Can anyone recommend me a utility for partitioning my CF card properly with DreamShell?

If DS detected CF and filesystem then it works, nothing more needed. No special formaters or something else.
If you use ISO format, then for homebrew you need disable DMA manually.

I thought DMA is disabled by default in ISO Loader? How can I disable it manually - is there an ISO Loader command line option for that?

DMA enabled by default only for ISO and optimized GDI formats. On settings page you can disable it.

Actually the problem seems to be the custom DreamShell bootloader BIOS because it does not occur when I boot with regular BIOS from the DreamShell boot CD.
When booting with the DS BIOS that is provided on the DreamShell RC4 CD, homebrew games will only show a black screen.
Is this a known problem or am I doing something wrong here?

The emulators and homebrew works with boot on the cd in HD IDE. boot with bios hack does not work.

Thanks for the video, that's the exact same problem I am experiencing.
Homebrew boot works with custom BIOS only from SD card and not from IDE.
