Ok I put 3.3v since IC302 Pin1 it's more secure

I used Region Changer 1.85 > Backup Flash > Create... progress green bar full...nothing saved in SD nor HDD
something wrong with the app?if use bios flasher > option > what values should I put? 0 and 0 and nothing happened...

bios flasher used only for read/write bios rom
for change region check this software

finally I found only Region Changer 1.5 (boot from CD only, no app version) > Backup Flash > Create ...the flash bin was saved in VMU

tried to RESTORE flash bin (create from real JAP console un-modded) to this region changed PAL to JAP system
Region Changer 1.5 > Backup Flash > Restore
compare the restored FLASH BIN, no change!!! Same FLASHBKP.BIN as above in post#65
Question: need to apply +12V to R512? or just because Backup Flash > Restore did not work?

after I used Region Changer > Change Region > Write, I did not press "Reboot" but instead Exit > [X], and then switched-off the console, switched-on again a few seconds...
everything looked fine, and used Region Changer again, region had changed...
question: is it ok without using button "Reboot"? will some codes not correct?
