Pretty neat. Shame it doesn't ship to the UK.
Looking at the comments it has the same issue the chinese vga-hdmi boxes have with diagonal lines moving up the image.

Looking at amazon reviews no.
It has diagonal scrolling artifacts like I get with my vga2hdmi.
A vga cable + decent vga to hdmi upscaler would be your best option.
There's a portta one on amazon that's meant to be really good. I've got one in order so I'll give feedback when it comes.
