You're probably broke something. With such a little quantity of information it's hard to tell something more specific.

The Head Hunter game disc in AHF folder. Used HexEditor change game subtitles edited, and save files.
5060HZ.AHF
ANGELA_F1.AHF
etc.

Replaced files, making image file.. (...) Possible problem selfboot.
How to restore it. or without damage files back.

I tried Icoming game which are in the txt files in Language folder.
Used tools SlefBoot. I used another tools create IP.bin file, Selfboot Inducer 5 create cdi file, running emulator...
Then collapse emulator. Something wrong.
