Sega Saturn and MegaDrive USB adapter on STM32. Supported by usb4maple and IONA JVS for Naomi and Naomi2. Also can be used as PC controller.

Additional buttons can be added:
PS4 Options button emulation is A0 pin to +3.3v trought 400ohm resistor. (WeAct Blue Pill+ have this button on board already).
R3 and L3 buttons emulation is PB0 and PB1 to Ground.
PB2 led will light up if controller is detected.
