Just click on it in File Manager app.
The format is the same as for trailers; simply change the resolution from square to 4:3 or 16:9. The length is limited by the FAT32 file size, which is ~4GB.

For bigger resolution need reduce bitrate.

Well, I am working on converting some HD movies to a DC decent format. I found some Movie players (ISO format) work in former DS 4.0.0 version but NOT in the UPDATED 4.0.3, there was some changes in compatibilities for them? or maybe it needs another preset now?.

Why don't you want to use a video format that DS natively supports (MPEG-4 + PCM/ADPCM)? It works better than any older players.
