How to Test optimized GDI games for DS in Windows 10?

Is it possible to test GDI-Opt games for Dreamshell in my PC?
In order to not force the Dreamcast console re-booting and re-booting many times to test games compatibilities then save them in the DS HDD

You can test on emulator, just put GDI to build directory and create CDI with DS.

Ok, they are many steps there, I mean, to test the games with DS in the Windows PC in order to try presets too. I guess there is NOT a DC emulator which boot optimized GDI ?
