From my side :

skies of arcadia freeze still at the same moment during intro
Can't be able to boot sega rally 2
Millenium soldier expendables still has textures issue but not sure they is distorsion anymore for cdda.

Now the good news :

4 wheel thunder runs well, I ll try only PIO mode sync 8, memory 8c004000, I can run outdoor and indoor races cdda loops well and no distorsion
Sturmwind video and cdda run well but still have error disc when starting a game

Toy commander : game freeze in menu
kao the kangaroo : I can run the entire intro now with IRQ enabled and the four cdda modes, but I can't be able to reach the end of the first level due to freezes. But with dma and tmu 2, the distorsion gone after a shorter moment, no need to push start or wainting for the next loop.

spec ops 2 unable to shoot again.

The navigation throw the isoloader menu is better even if some little glitches are still present but it's smoother

Toy commander :
IRQ, memory 0x8C000100, true dma, dma tmu2 for cdda

like kao there are still distorsion but gone after a moment without waiting for next loop.
