SOF plays CDDA, but if you chose TMU2 the game will be very slow and show LAN cable connection icon haha If change to TMU1 it's fine, but music in gameplay hangs.

It's perfectly playable in low level mode, but this mode doesn't check the langage in the bios, it's always in english... It's probably one of the reason why the low mode is so efficient. Do you think it's patchable ?

It should be fully fixable because when 0.7.x_b3 was released I reported this bug to @megavolt85 and he said that he was aware of how to fix this and that it would be fixed in the next release of that loader. Unfortunately the b3 was the last release of the 0.7.x loader from megavolt85 and so this bug still isn't fixed 3-4 years later. I hope that a fix will be made because the lowlevel loader is one of the best and most compatible when cdda isn't needed.
