Not sure if I'm missing something but I'm still unable to set the date and time. How do you change the values in the boxes? When I select one, it changes to blue but I can't type anything in.

Click on textbox, when it blue then it focused. Press Start to open virtual keyboard and type. Then press Start to close keyboard and click on blue textbox to lost focus.
