General compatibility of CDDA is not changed, except UT and VA0. Also some optimizations for SD card ADPCM tracks.

Unfortunately, i couldn't dive in this new dreamshell version yet.
But is it possible to use the cdda improvements for UT to others games in order to see, if there are also an improvement ?
Or it's only for UT ?
