this adapter supports LBA28, which means that the latest version is 4.0 RC4,

with LBA48 after that came out
4.0 RC5,
4.0.0 Release,
4.0.1 Release,
4.0.2 Release,
and the newest version is 4.0.3 Release

Description from the Aliexpress website "SD was measured to support up to 128 GB, theoretically has no upper limit".
Based on the description, this one should support LBA48.
