Worms has always worked for me, and I just checked it and it works flawlessly on both NAOMI and Dreamcast.
I haven't tested PSO in a while, so I can't say anything. Browsers should work, I launched XDP today.
What app you are using? I test on Arcade and ISO Loader.

That's strange. I used ISO Loader. I tested with a fresh "install" of the new DreamShell on my CF card but I can't get them to boot. I'll try testing more today.

Update: Did more tests. This time with a different CF card and a fresh copy of DS 4.0.4. These are the results:

Unreal Tournament: Boots
World Series Baseball 2K2: Boots
XDP Browser: Boots but then black screen after selecting browser version
PlanetWeb 3.0: Won't boot
F355 Challenge: Won't boot

I replaced ide.bin with the old version and everything boots fine after that. So the issue is with the loader.
