Edit: I found something very interesting. I couldn't boot the Visual Concepts games on 4.0.3 either. I tried removing my serial SD adapter, and now they boot! They still don't boot on 4.0.4 but maybe it's a related issue? There's definitely some sort of issue with having a serial SD card reader plugged in when trying to boot the games.

2K sports and Worms works fine for me. Only Ooga Booga not boot and NHL doesn't load to gameplay. Planetweb works from 8сfe8000.

I tested NBA 2K2, NFL 2K2, Ooga Booga, and Floigan Bros. None of them boot for me. The sports games play the into animations but it freezes after that.

I got the web browser to boot from 8сfe8000. Thanks! I was using default with low-level before.

That's strange, it runs without low-level from default 8с004000, and it works with low-level too, Ooga Booga works only in low-level.
In general, you can use the loaders from the previous version. For CDDA, it's better to use the new one. Otherwise, the changes concern NAOMI support and some improvements for serial SD card, for which compatibility has most likely improved (AW games support at least), since VC games still don’t work on it.
