This is the best iso loader for me right now.

Everything works for me now except for Ooga Booga. But I found something very interesting. If I use the ide.bin from 4.0.4 from within DS 4.0.3, it boots fine. So apparently the issue is with the core and not with the loader.

This is a very strange dependency. In this case, it probably makes sense to launch from IP.BIN, but with this game, that's probably impossible on a 16 MB Dreamcast. It runs fine for me on a Japanese Dreamcast...

Yeah it's very strange that it works for you but not me. I'm using a US DC but I wouldn't think the region of the DC would make a difference.

I guess the game just look in low memory something (debug tool?).
Try high memory for the loader or just shift a bit in low.

I tried a few different ones, both high and low, but the debug info still shows up.
