DC Emus i need and how to burn

Sorry to post this here im sure there are russian threads but i can only read English...but

I need neo geo cartrdge emu with games on same cd-r, man im itching to play fatal fury 1 on dreamcast. how do i burn emu and games and wheres link?

I need dreamsupernes emu WITH ONLY EURO VERSION OF ROMS since that plays 100% on usa dreamcasts , can somebody upload that and burn instructions?

How good is mame4all dc? How are all the arcade games and mame emu all on 1 cd-r to play on dc? Instructions links?

Any help, thx.
