Dreamshell RC2 - GD Ripper

I'm having issues with ripping gd-rom discs. When I use factory bios, dreamshell rc2 cd and CF card (G1-ATA) or SD card (serial port, no dreamshell on it), after loading GD Ripper and swaping the disc after pressing start button on screen nothing happens.

When I use sd_loader_with.bios, ds folder on sd card I can rip gd-rom/cd discs (track 1/2..last track) but after it's completed when I try ro load it I get this error messages:
-CD image is not ISO9660
-Can't mount /ide/disc_name/disc_name.gdi to /isoldr

Tried direct and ip.bin boot option with no luck :/
