For the question 1... It's a good new. The information from the disc loads faster than from the SD Card. It could be used to load some heavy information (like videos) to avoid lags, and use the SD card just for store the information don't cause lags in the game. It's cool for someone who wants to make a game for Dreamcast and complains about the lack of space on a CD. Could be nice too if this idea could be used to run full GDs rips divided into a CD+SD combo in some way.

About the question 3... There's some DC game that supports the adapter broadband without the need for a specific server? Like... Connect directly, just informing the partner's IP...
