info about iso loader compatibility and gd ripper

I now have a bigger problem, and I think it's a bug.

in practice, when using ISO loader, I select a game, go on settings and select "save as default", as soon as I click on the icon of the floppy disk, all the files in the hard drive becomes corrupted, begin to appear written "can't open file" and once restarted the console the files in the hDD can not be read.
after that, when I connect the HDD to the computer, many files have disappeared, and others have written in strange symbols. and every time I have to format the hdd and put all the files to restore everything.

my setup is:
bios = NTSC-U stock
maxtor hdd = 20GB FAT32
dreamshell = DS folder on the root of HDD

I tried it with another IBM hdd formatted to fat32 but I got the same results.
