Optimized DreamShell discs?

Hi again... I have one question. One friend of mine have a Dreamcast and got a SD adapter. He tried to burn both the DreamShell disc and the DreamShell SD loader disc, but no one worked.

After analyzing, I got somethings. The Utopia boot disc don't start too, and some games start well. In my console all worked great. I'm thinking it's some kind of problem in the optical reader, and this reader can't load data from the inside part of the disc, just in the middles and the edges.

I'm thinking if it's possible to release one specific DreamShell SD loader disc optimized to burn the data in the middles or in the edges of the disc.

Images at update 05.02.2012 have dummy files for this, it should work...
You can try to re-create the image with the right dummy file.
