You download update from 29.05.2014? I'm disable autosave for presets in it.
They do not need to be saved, you can simply switch the options you want and without save a preset you can run selected image (need select it before change options).
Of course this is a problem, I'll fix it. For now, just do not save presets.

You put DS resources on HDD? ISO Loader presets saved on HDD? I know the problem was only with SD...
