need help with dreamcast HDD IDE

Weird - it doesn't want to boot into DS at all now?

I've just formatted the SD card, then loaded DS RC 2.2 back on, but it still won't boot past the "Red Spiral" loader?

I can hear two faint clicks from the TV speakers as if it's initializing the AICA, but then a black screen?

I've tried unplugging the HDD and booting from SD, but still no joy?

Really strange, as it worked fine the first few times?

I'll boot from CD-R again and see what works...
