The speed is more than enough, there is not enough full-fledged asynchronous data transfer. The CPU is still blocked as in the case of Serial SD, just for x2+ shorter period of time.
An intermediate device (a more advanced adapter) is needed to help fix this problem. But so far, nothing like this has been developed.

But for DreamNeo and Neo4all it works the same as CD-R without slowness and without deformed sprites.
That's what I wanted most!
