About "VMU Emulation", is that actually a way to use HDD/CF/SD as a VMU? If so, that's awesome!

Did some testing:

- Speed Devils Online now works perfectly! Same settings as Re-Volt (IRQ and "DMA & TMU1").
- MagForce Racing works and plays music but the music will get distorted after a short time and the right channel audio will eventually cut out altogether. Tested with IRQ & "DMA & TMU2". I tried other settings as well but nothing helped.
- Monaco Grand Prix has the same issue as before. Music plays fine but the doesn't restart when a track ends. Although I noticed the music will restart if the announcer says something.
- KAO the Kangaroo has the same issue as Monaco. Music plays fine but doesn't restart after track ends. Tested with IRQ, "DMA & TMU2", and Loader Mem 0x8cfe8000.
- I wasn't able to get any Windows CE games to boot. Just a black screen for all of them.
- "Low-level" doesn't work with any of the games I tested. It just sticks at "Loading syscalls...".
