For Dino Crisis I think it's not possible to have kinematic in VGA so
I am going to watch on youtube I think.

But,is it possible to force Analog for the pad..?

Why are you using CompactFlash? Does it have any benefits in speed?

To keep my gdrom, and I can change the game very easily by removing the card.

And there is nothing outside like an hard disk.

For CF card isn't need extra power supply, it's more compact and lightweight for usage.
In general no benefits in speed it's works like HDD.

So this is my batch for convert easily many GDI in GDI OPT


Batch Optimize GDI

Put all your games GDI in the same folder.
Copy my "package" inside.

Launch Batch Optimize GDI.bat

On which version of Windows have you tested it? It works kinda right on WinXP when I put your bat and your folder in some other folder, and then I create a separate folder for the game files right next to your stuff. I put all these gdi raw and bin in this separate folder and launch your bat. Console window goes like "cyclic copying is impossible", then it works kinda right and then says ""gdi_optimize.bat"" isn't a commant or a file, and then it deleted your "Optimize GDI" folder for some reason and finished.

I don't know for windows xp...

So for be sure,

Create a folder TEST
Copy my package inside
Copy all your folders in gdi inside

Exemple:

C:\TEST\Batch Optimize GDI.bat
C:\TEST\Optimize GDI
C:\TEST\Game1
C:\TEST\Game2
etc...

Why did you programmed it to delete "Optimize GDI" folder?
Simply because after you do need it more

Just for "this makes no sense",if you are not happy,do your script !!!

For me it's important this script for simplify,because when you must test 28 games in GDI,and in GDI OPT...

You must copy each times the folder sys..and optimize_gdi.bat..in each folder..and launch optimize_gdi.bat...and remove sys and optimize_gdi.bat in each folder...

But if you speak like this with me,do your script!

I tested on my WinXP machine, it gave me the same error messagens that @crystallize reported, but it worked fine in the end

Yes in fact it's normal

Because the script copy the folder sys and optimize_gdi.bat inside all folders..and in the folder Optimize GDI..but there is already this folder and this file..so it say this message ^^
I think it's possible to improve my script to remove this message

I try to have Dino Crisis Full VGA in French.

There is always in EN.

So I used (gdi2data.bat) for extract the gdi,and after I modified the 1ST_READ.BIN..but now..how can I repack the gdi ?

Because if I use (repack_gdi.bat),there is just an ISO (isoldr_game.iso)..I think it's for SD...I am not sure.

But I would like repack my GDI with the modification of 1ST_READ.BIN.
