Solder in the adapter?

I bought 2 adaptaters each times,so I don't think.

And you can see in my video,with the last adapter (old post),NO PROBLEM,works perfectly!

I don't know if you remember,but with some hard disk IDE,I have the same problem...

So there is a blockage...software blockage...no hardware !

I put a SD card ^^ I can't wait for Preset ^^

So I boot directly with SD,I use the same folder DS...it's correct no?

Chuchu Rocket US (GDI or OPT) works ONLY with SD,with IDE..freeze during the game!!!

So I had an idea...

BOOT on SD card (Settings,SD/ds,Save to VMU)...

And just put the Adaptater CF>MicroSD (without DS,just games ) in the CF Adaptater who doesn't work:

But unfortunately as it does not manage to boot on this card, it always blocks like .. shit

Presets (my come back ^^)

With IDE,you know there is a problem...
But with SD...(Serial Port)...NO PROBLEM !

And I think about Chuchu Rocket...
Because Chuchu Rocket in IDE freeze during the game,And I think it's because in IDE it's too fast !!!

And I think the problem is the same for Presets..IDE is too fast...so need to slow down check preset...it's sure

I never test REZ,but I will test and And I will give my return here.

Just remove "true" and launch..works !!

1 - PRESETS
With IDE problem,need to slow down check preset please

You can see my last video,with SD (Serial Port) .and games on IDE..no problem.





2 - BOOT HARD DISK



This screen appear with Adaptor CF>SD or Hard disk IDE with LBA28.
But it's not LBA 28...

Because with this Adaptor (IDE>CF),I don't have problem !

Adaptator (CF>IDE 'GOOD')


Adaptator (CF>IDE 'NOT GOOD')


So for me it's a problem software,dreamshell can't boot some Adaptor with disk LBA28...so need to change boot software

CF Lexar (official) + Adaptator (CF>IDE 'GOOD') : OK
CF>MicroSD + Adaptator (CF>IDE 'GOOD') : OK
CF Lexar (official) + Adaptator (CF>IDE 'NOT GOOD') : OK
CF>MicroSD + Adaptator (CF>IDE 'NOT GOOD') : KO
Hard Disk IDE LBA48 : OK
Hard Disk IDE LBA28 : KO

3 - GdPlay
Many Games works..and some doesn't work.

Exemple :
But Star wars racer and Virtua Tennis for exemple reboot.
Soul Calibur black screen with RGB or VGA.

Please fix

And if I put a bios dreamshell,I must press Y for 60hz..if not I have half screen in dreamshell..possible to force 60hz and not press Y?

For the moment doesn't work in my Dreamcast PAL !

What is the memory for Dreamcast PAL...if it's works on Dreamcast JAP..?

Please try REZ... I'm very interested somebody, besides me, may run it. If need it, i may upload video of loading process for REZ.

So now I would like to keep this Dreamcast with a RegionFree Bios.


So For repare that..I put this bios "jc-bootROM-devkit-v1.031.bin".

So it's ok...but not PERFECT !

The 1rst problem,many games can't stay in 60hz,so I have just "Half the screen" like Resident Evil Code Veronica.

The 2nd problem,many games don't boot..Shenmue 1&2 for exemple.

The 3rd problem,I need to put 01/01/1950..

So there is an other solution to have a Dreamcast who works perfectly with an other bios..or anything else?

Because..if not nothing work..black of... !!!

For your test I boot in with CD Dreamshell Boot loader on IDE.
And I have always an error..
